KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a key member of our Advisory team, your responsibilities include:
- Processing potential client inquiries assigned from Admin.
- Actively seeking new customers and expanding the client list from various sources.
- Establishing trust-based relationships to deliver exceptional services.
- Collecting and maintaining client databases in the Customer Relationship Management system.
- Providing consultancies and solutions tailored to clients’ needs.
- Issuing quotations, invoices, and service orders.
- Resolving issues between customers and stakeholders involved with orders.
- Instructing payment details and informing clients of service fees/policy updates.
- Conducting follow-ups via email and/or social media platforms.
- Generating weekly profit reports and monthly customer reports.
- Fulfilling other duties as requested by the Sales Manager.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
You should:
- Hold licenses in either Property & Casualty or Life, Accident & Health.
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Demonstrate communication skills, including negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office and other software-related tools.
- Exhibit fluency in English and Vietnamese communication skills (written and spoken).
KEY KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
You must:
- Have a minimum of 2 years of experience.
- Preferably, have experience in the software industry and working with foreigners.
- Possesses skills in document preparation and management.
- Be capable of working independently and taking initiative.
- Demonstrate persuasive, active listening, and excellent communication skills.
- Showcase dynamism, creativity, and an ability to work under pressure.
